Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen years old
  • Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems such as Aloha Hot schedule and Paylocity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized dining area
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols in a restaurant environment
  • Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems such as Aloha Hot schedule and Paylocity
  • Previous experience as a busser or similar position in a fine dining restaurant preferred but not required
  • Must be at least sixteen years old

Job Duties

  • Clear and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner ensuring that the dining area is clean and presentable for the next guests
  • Assist the waitstaff with bringing food and beverages to tables as well as refilling water glasses and other beverages
  • Communicate effectively with the waitstaff to ensure that they have the necessary supplies and equipment to provide excellent service to our guests
  • Assist with cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping the floors taking out the trash and restocking supplies
  • Follow safety and sanitation protocols including proper handling and disposal of dishes and utensils and maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Provide exceptional customer service responding to guests' requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the dining experience are exceptional for our guests
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
