Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems such as Aloha Hot schedule and Paylocity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols in a restaurant environment
- Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems such as Aloha Hot schedule and Paylocity
- Previous experience as a busser or similar position in a fine dining restaurant preferred but not required
- Must be at least sixteen years old
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner ensuring that the dining area is clean and presentable for the next guests
- Assist the waitstaff with bringing food and beverages to tables as well as refilling water glasses and other beverages
- Communicate effectively with the waitstaff to ensure that they have the necessary supplies and equipment to provide excellent service to our guests
- Assist with cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping the floors taking out the trash and restocking supplies
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols including proper handling and disposal of dishes and utensils and maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Provide exceptional customer service responding to guests' requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the dining experience are exceptional for our guests
- Performs other related duties as assigned
