Job Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols in a restaurant environment
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, and Paylocity
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- Ability to lift and carry trays up to 25 pounds and lift at least 50 pounds
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking

- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, and Paylocity
- Previous experience as a busser or similar position in a fine dining restaurant preferred but not required
- Must be at least sixteen years old
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the dining area is clean and presentable for the next guests
- Assist the waitstaff with bringing food and beverages to tables, as well as refilling water glasses and other beverages
- Communicate effectively with the waitstaff to ensure they have the necessary supplies and equipment to provide excellent service to guests
- Assist with cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping floors, taking out trash, and restocking supplies
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols including proper handling and disposal of dishes and utensils and maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all aspects of the dining experience are exceptional for guests
- Perform other related duties as assigned
