Job Requirements

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
Ability to handle high volume and stress situations

Job Qualifications

High school/GED preferred
6 months related experience
Bi-lingual a plus
Excellent guest service skills and communication skills

Job Duties

Excellent internal/external guest service
Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist
Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas
Clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards
Transport dirty items to dish room
Bring supplies from dish room including silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers
Make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper
Other reasonable duties as assigned
