Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- one or more years of prior relevant experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant operation
- prior experience as a Busser or Food Runner preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
- clean and sanitize all equipment
- keep floors free of debris and spills
- sweep and mop floor and empty garbage as required by the venue
- maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
- clean and sanitize tables and chairs
- retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom
- assist with proper stock rotation
- run food as required by the department
