Job Requirements

Must be of legal age to work in the state of Florida
Ability to lift and pull objects greater than 35 pounds and exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
Flexible work schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods both indoors and outdoors
Strong communication and active listening skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to collaborate well with kitchen staff, service staff, and management

Excellent organizational, teamwork, and multitasking skills
Six months or more experience as a busser or runner in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required

Job Duties

Deliver correct dishes and drinks to guests with professionalism, urgency, and accuracy
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, service staff, and supervisors/management
Follow all safe work practices and report any hazards to your supervisor immediately
Ensure a quality dining experience by providing all necessary items and assisting guests as needed
Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and kitchen, bus tables, and assist with delivering and/or breaking down dishes for washing
Clear and reset tables and dining areas according to established procedures
Stock and maintain adequate supplies, including ice and other necessary items at service stations
Perform other duties as requested by management
