Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or related preferred
  • must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds
  • work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
  • exposure to temperatures: less than or equal to 32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezers), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators), 90 degrees Fahrenheit

Job Duties

  • Interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables
  • adheres to sanitation and safety policies
  • maintains table setting by removing courses as completed
  • replenishing utensils
  • refilling water glasses
  • being alert to guest spills or other special needs
  • supports server by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash container liners and service/bus stations
  • closes dining room by cleaning chairs and tables
  • sweeping and/or vacuuming floors and removing trash and recyclables from the facility
  • performs other reasonable job duties as requested by leader
