Job Requirements

High school diploma or related preferred
must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds
work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
exposure to temperatures: less than or equal to 32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezers), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators), 90 degrees Fahrenheit

Job Duties

Interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables
adheres to sanitation and safety policies
maintains table setting by removing courses as completed
replenishing utensils
refilling water glasses
being alert to guest spills or other special needs
supports server by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash container liners and service/bus stations
closes dining room by cleaning chairs and tables
sweeping and/or vacuuming floors and removing trash and recyclables from the facility
performs other reasonable job duties as requested by leader
