Job Requirements
- High school diploma or related preferred
- must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds
- work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- exposure to temperatures: less than or equal to 32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezers), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators), 90 degrees Fahrenheit

Job Duties
- Interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
- prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables
- adheres to sanitation and safety policies
- maintains table setting by removing courses as completed
- replenishing utensils
- refilling water glasses
- being alert to guest spills or other special needs
- supports server by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash container liners and service/bus stations
- closes dining room by cleaning chairs and tables
- sweeping and/or vacuuming floors and removing trash and recyclables from the facility
- performs other reasonable job duties as requested by leader
