Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or similar role preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

  • Basic knowledge of health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Delivers food quickly, calmly and accurately to tables and bar
  • Removes dirty dishes between courses
  • Clears, cleans and resets tables after customers leave
  • Stocks all side stations and assists with stocking bar supplies
  • Assists with washing glasses at bar
  • Waters tables at direction of server
  • Maintains a clean and dry floor throughout the building
  • Empties full trashcans
  • Continuous communication with managers, hosts and servers
  • Restocks line with china, serving utensils and clean serving napkins
  • Polishes and distributes all clean silver and glassware during and at the end of every shift
  • Attends required trainings and meetings
  • Delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
