Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work fast and stay adaptable in a high-volume, multi-concept environment
- Strong teamwork skills with a no task too small attitude
- Positive energy and commitment to guest experience
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrates knowledge and ability to execute restaurant standards
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Must have a positive attitude
- 1 year of restaurant bartending experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
Job Duties
- Maintain indoor, patio, and event seating areas in a guest-ready condition
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Manage tray/glassware return stations and keep FOH areas clutter-free
- Refill water, condiments, and shared service stations throughout shifts
- Assist bar staff with ice, glassware restocking, and trash removal during peak hours
- Support event setup and breakdown (moving tables, stocking supplies, resetting layouts)
- Help during private rentals, live music, and ticketed events with bussing, cleanup, and guest wayfinding
- Report maintenance or guest recovery needs to the Market Manager/Bar Lead
- Participate in pre-shift meetings for event/service updates
- Perform opening and closing tasks (cleaning, sanitizing, restocking)
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards to meet health requirements
- Jump in to assist coworkers and vendors when needed
