Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older due to working around alcohol service
- ability to work fast and stay adaptable in a high-volume, multi-concept environment
- strong teamwork skills with a no task too small attitude
- positive energy and commitment to guest experience
- hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrates knowledge and ability to execute restaurant standards
- restaurant experience preferred
- must have a positive attitude
- 1 year of restaurant bartending experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
Job Duties
- Maintain indoor, patio, and event seating areas in a guest-ready condition
- clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- manage tray/glassware return stations and keep FOH areas clutter-free
- refill water, condiments, and shared service stations throughout shifts
- assist bar staff with ice, glassware restocking, and trash removal during peak hours
- support event setup and breakdown (moving tables, stocking supplies, resetting layouts)
- help during private rentals, live music, and ticketed events with bussing, cleanup, and guest wayfinding
- report maintenance or guest recovery needs to the Market Manager/Bar Lead
- participate in pre-shift meetings for event/service updates
- perform opening and closing tasks (cleaning, sanitizing, restocking)
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards to meet health requirements
- jump in to assist coworkers and vendors when needed
