Job Requirements
- Available to work Friday and Saturday from 4 PM to 12 AM
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional hospitality
- flexible and positive mindset
- physical capability to stand for up to 6 hours, walk, bend, stoop
- frequently lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift or move 45 pounds
- ability to use manual dexterity and gross motor skills
- ability to speak, hear, see, and adjust focus clearly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is beneficial
- strong attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- fundamental knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- proactive attitude towards guest service
Job Duties
- Set tables with attention to presentation
- offer black napkins to guests wearing black
- monitor restaurant and table details for cleanliness and presentation
- respond promptly to guest needs
- carefully buss tables and surrounding areas
- mark and clear tables when appropriate as directed by servers
- assist with running food and drinks to tables
- monitor restrooms for cleanliness and supplies
- keep the linen room neat and tidy
- complete assigned opening and closing shifts
