Job Requirements
- Required schedule: Friday and Saturday 4-12
- the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
- ability to walk, sit, reach, bend, stoop
- frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- occasionally lift/move 45 pounds
- continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- ability to clearly speak, hear, see, and adjust focus
- flexibility and a positive mindset is needed

Job Duties
- Set tables
- offer a black napkin to guests wearing black
- look for the details of the restaurant and tables
- be responsive to guests' needs, ensure they have what they need for a wonderful experience
- buss each table carefully, ensuring the table, chairs, and surrounding area is clean
- when the guest is here, help mark tables, clear when the server says it is appropriate
- assist with running food and drinks to the tables in your section
- monitor restrooms throughout the shift, ensuring cleanliness and all supplies are stocked
- keep the linen room behind the hostess stand neat and tidy
- complete opening and closing shifts as assigned
