Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner while clearing or resetting tables
- assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread or condiments, and providing additional utensils or napkins as requested
- anticipate guest needs and communicate requests promptly to the appropriate team member
- provide attentive, friendly, and efficient support to ensure a positive guest experience
- efficiently clear used dishes, glassware, and utensils as guests finish dining
- reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware promptly and neatly
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas
- ensure tablecloths, floors, and chairs remain clean and orderly throughout service
- refill and restock bread, condiments, beverages, silverware, and other service items as needed
- keep bussing carts, side stations, and service areas well-stocked and tidy
- assist with setup and breakdown of buffet areas, banquets, or special events when required
- notify management promptly of any shortages, maintenance issues, or damaged equipment
- follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures when handling dishes and tableware
- adhere to company policies, uniform standards, and appearance guidelines
- follow safety protocols and immediately report any hazards or incidents to management
- work closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- offer assistance to teammates during busy periods to maintain service excellence
- communicate effectively with supervisors regarding guest concerns or operational needs
- participate in a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and collaboration aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values
- all other duties as assigned
