Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Must have or obtain a valid Food Handler's Permit
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties
- Promptly clear tables
- Clean tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors between guest visits
- Remove used tableware and replace as needed
- Carry dirty dishes to kitchen and sort for cleaning
- Assist in serving food when needed
- Wipe down or replace tablecloths and seat cushions
- Restock service stations with supplies
- Clean and polish counters, shelves, equipment, and furniture
- Mop or vacuum floors and promptly respond to spills
- Dispose of trash and clean food or drink spills
- Refill beverage and ice dispensers
- Inspect and clean assigned restrooms every 30 minutes
- Communicate with servers and hosts to ensure efficient table turnover
- Respond to guest requests and relay them to appropriate staff
- Attend staff meetings and participate in team discussions
- Collaborate with team members and assist where needed
- Obtain and confirm service area assignments
- Fill in for teammates when needed
