- Food Handler’s Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, and point of sale (POS) system
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Food Handler’s Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
Job Duties
- Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to assist guests in choosing menu items and answering questions
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery to ensure accuracy
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables and buss dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
