Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification required for California positions within 60 days
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment helpful
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation
- Ability to learn menu items and upsell effectively
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California positions
Job Duties
- Bussing, cleaning, and properly resetting tables
- Addressing cleanliness or service needs in public areas
- Having general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommending products
- Answering phones promptly and professionally
- Supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise
- Committing to safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Ensuring teamwork to fulfill guest satisfaction
