Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
  • Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
  • Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification required for California positions within 60 days

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment helpful
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation
  • Ability to learn menu items and upsell effectively
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California positions

Job Duties

  • Bussing, cleaning, and properly resetting tables
  • Addressing cleanliness or service needs in public areas
  • Having general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommending products
  • Answering phones promptly and professionally
  • Supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise
  • Committing to safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • Ensuring teamwork to fulfill guest satisfaction
