Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months experience as a bus person or in food and beverage industry preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry moderate weight
- capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintains cleanliness around front facade, guest restrooms, floors, and work areas
- gathers and clears all soiled tableware and delivers to dishwasher
- scrapes, racks, and stacks glassware, plateware, and silverware in dishwashing area
- clears and sets tables according to established procedures and standards
- maintains adequate supply of ice to all service stations and ice bins
- changes empty bag in box sodas as needed
- moves tables and chairs to adjust floor plans for special functions, band performances, etc.
- stocks all service stations with appropriate supplies including glassware, silverware, paper products
- pre-busses tables of used glassware, plateware, silverware and maintains work areas
- keeps all trash cans clean and empty
- knows all table numbers and floor plans
- maintains high-level knowledge of company products and communicates properly to guests
- notifies manager of low inventory and recommends new inventory
- understands and utilizes safety and sanitation practices and reports accidents
- performs other assigned duties with urgency
- adheres to all company policies and procedures
