The job responsibilities include essential tasks such as rolling clean silverware, clearing dirty dishes and drinks, cleaning and resetting tables, sweeping service areas, managing trash, supporting dishwashing, assisting with food running, and delivering exceptional guest service. Job Requirements
- Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
- Strong attention to detail
- High energy levels
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent verbal communication
- Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
- Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
- Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
- Able to hear, understand, and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
- Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Roll clean silverware for service
- Remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Sweep service area, take out trash, help with dishes
- Help with food running and guest service as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
- Follow manager directions throughout a shift
- Able to interact with guests and help with guest needs
