Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to comply with uniform and grooming standards
  • Willingness to attend and successfully complete orientation and training programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Must be able to wear a clean Twin Peaks uniform as specified

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures related to cleaning and sanitizing a restaurant
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Successful completion of required training programs
  • Knowledge of food and/or alcohol service certifications if applicable

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
