Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Ability to comply with uniform and grooming standards
- Willingness to attend and successfully complete orientation and training programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must be able to wear a clean Twin Peaks uniform as specified
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to follow policies and procedures related to cleaning and sanitizing a restaurant
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Successful completion of required training programs
- Knowledge of food and/or alcohol service certifications if applicable
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
