- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in table setting etiquette at a fine dining establishment
- customer-focused and detail-oriented
- effective interpersonal and communication skills
- food safety certificate compliant
- RBS compliant
- able to stand and walk 100% of the time
- able to transport trays up to 15-20 pounds
- superior attendance and punctuality
- arrive on time and in proper full uniform attire including non-slip shoes

Job Duties
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and emergencies
- promote harmonious and profitable working relationships within the restaurant
- attend and participate in department meetings
- incorporate systems and routines into daily operations
- adhere to company policies and protocols
- report issues to general manager or front-of-house manager
- collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff for customer satisfaction
- maintain food handler certification compliance
