Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state law
- punctual and reliable
- adhere to company policies and procedures including clocking in and out
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30 pounds
- ability to work in fast-paced, noisy environments
- willingness to perform required sanitation and safety protocols
- strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- available to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is beneficial
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and in a team

Job Duties
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
- follows Miller's Ale House policies including time recording requirements
- interacts with guests to provide the highest level of customer service
- works directly with other team members to fulfill guest needs promptly
- assists host/hostess with greeting and seating guests
- assists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
- provides non-alcoholic drink refills
- assists servers in running food while ensuring proper food handling
- acknowledges all guests within five feet with a smile
- responds immediately to guest requests and inquiries
- assists servers with table quality check backs
- cleans tables and spills
- pre-busses dishware
- removes plates and glassware after guest departure
- resets tables promptly including silverware setup and cleanliness
- collects bus tubs
- empties trash cans
- ensures proper food handling and sanitation
- accomplishes end-of-shift side work
- washes hands every 20 minutes
- maintains clean and sanitized areas
- supports other front-of-house functions
- communicates positively with team and management
- provides exceptional service throughout shift
- multitasks in a fast-paced environment
