Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting advantageous
  • Ability to stand, walk and carry trays for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting moderate weights and performing physical tasks
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
  • Strong sense of responsibility towards cleanliness and safety

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar busser or food service role preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure the dining room, lobby, and service areas are clean, stocked and visually appealing
  • Assist servers by serving food and beverages properly
  • Clear, clean and reset tables promptly for the next guest
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health and safety policies
  • Support team members to ensure seamless dining service
  • Participate in maintaining team member wellness and restaurant safety programs
  • Follow all operational procedures and restaurant policies consistently
