Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Effective verbal communication skills

  • Must be able to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is advantageous
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Clear and reset tables according to company standards
  • Prepare and serve ice water and hot tea to guests promptly
  • Assist servers in delivering guests orders as needed
  • Remove plates and silverware while maintaining proper table manners
  • Notify servers when bringing additional beverages to ensure proper charges
  • Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and report issues to server
  • Set up workstations by replenishing server supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, restrooms, and remove spills promptly
  • Complete all opening, ongoing, and closing side work
  • Maintain awareness of safety hazards and report incidents to management
  • Handle company property and supplies responsibly
