Job Duties
- set up dining room for guests by cleaning and preparing the restaurant for opening including filling ice bins, stocking beer, moving kegs, cleaning and maintaining guest restrooms, and stocking liquor bottles
- adhere to sanitation and food safety standards
- maintain a clean work environment for both guests and employees
- stand for long hours and frequently lift 10-25 pounds
- perform opening, running, and closing duties as needed
- assist co-workers with side work including wiping down tables, re-stocking, and rolling silverware
- assist with running plated and glassed ready-to-serve food and cocktails, grabbing condiments, refilling waters, providing flatware, napkins, to-go boxes, and plastic bags
