Job Requirements

Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
Follows Miller's Ale House policies including clocking in and out
Interacts with guests to provide exceptional guest experiences
Works with team members to fulfill guests' needs promptly
Complies with all food safety and sanitation protocols
Supports front of house functions as needed
Washes hands every 20 minutes during shift
Maintains clean and sanitized work areas
Demonstrates ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Maintains balance while carrying heavy loads
Communicates timely and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and customer-service oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise required by state law

Job Duties

Assists host/hostess with greeting and seating guests
Assists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
Provides guests with non-alcoholic drink refills
Runs food to and from guests while ensuring proper food handling guidelines
Acknowledges all guests within five feet in a friendly manner
Responds immediately to guests' requests and inquiries
Performs table quality check back (2-bite/2-minute) to ensure guest satisfaction
Cleans tables and spills throughout guests' visits
Pre-busses dishware as guests finish eating
Removes all plate and glassware after guest departure
Resets tables timely with perfect silverware setup and cleanliness
Collects bus tubs at quality assurance and server stations
Empties trash cans in the restaurant
Ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
Completes end-of-shift side work and stocks work areas for next shift
