Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age

  • ability to stand for prolonged periods, move at a rapid pace, bend, twist, and lift products weighing up to 50 pounds
  • frequent exposure to varying temperatures (cooler/freezer and kitchen area)

Job Duties

  • Set and reset tables in accordance with restaurant standards
  • clear used dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables and transport them to the kitchen
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed
  • replenish supplies and assist with stocking items in the service area
  • read and comprehend labels on chemicals and material safety data sheets (MSDS)
  • assist with opening and closing duties, including trash disposal and organizing dining supplies
  • communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth dining experience
