Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical capability to perform the tasks of clearing tables and cleaning
  • Commitment to high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Basic English communication skills

Job Duties

  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to prepare for new guests
  • Assist servers with refilling drinks and delivering food when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and service areas in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Support the team by arranging dining room setups and replenishing supplies
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with servers and management
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols including personal hygiene and sanitation procedures
  • Monitor dining areas to ensure a continuously clean and inviting atmosphere
