Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide professional, courteous and efficient food and beverage service to all guests
  • Clean and set tables in the dining area
  • Serve water, bread and coffee and greet guests by name when possible during meal service
  • Stack trays properly for efficient clearing
  • Ensure safety standards are met at all times
  • Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, breaking down items, cleaning equipment and areas
  • Restock supplies and perform daily cleaning checklist
