Job Duties
- provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- clean and set up tables in the outlet
- serve water, bread, and coffee
- greet guests by name whenever possible
- stack trays properly for efficient unloading
- complete closing duties including cleaning and restocking
- maintain cleanliness of work areas practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
