Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma
  • previous experience preferred
  • fluent English speaking and writing skills
  • good time management skills
  • hospitality skills
  • professional dress, speech, and behavior
  • able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
  • willing to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • food handler/TABC certified

Job Duties

  • Sets up dining areas before beginning shift and cleans dining areas after
  • clears tables of used dishes, glasses, and silverware and re-sets between customers
  • assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for all guests
  • maintains work area in a neat and organized manner including the dining room, server stations, patio, and dish pit
  • delivers cleaned glassware from the dish area to appropriate location in the front of the house
  • assist service staff in providing the best guest experience
  • follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
  • present a professional and clean appearance at all times
