Job Requirements

- Ability to work at a fast pace for at least 6 hours consecutively

Job Duties
- Promptly clear and reset tables after guests depart
- Assist servers by refilling water glasses, replenishing bread/condiments, and delivering items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas, including outdoor areas
- Ensure guest restrooms are clean, stocked and presentable always
- including checking paper products, soap, and overall cleanliness during each restroom check
- Report any maintenance issues immediately
- Ability to lift 70 lbs
