Job Duties

  • Engage in personable, prompt, and polite interactions with guests
  • respond to questions and provide accurate information or seek support if unknown
  • clear, clean, set, and re-set tables with complete place settings including silverware, glasses, dishes, and napkins
  • exercise care with restaurant equipment to minimize breakage
  • maintain cleanliness of dining and common areas including tables, counters, equipment, restrooms, and floors
  • proactively assist other team members or follow manager requests during downtime
  • notify management of guest comments, suggestions, or complaints
