Job Duties
- Engage in personable, prompt, and polite interactions with guests
- respond to questions and provide accurate information or seek support if unknown
- clear, clean, set, and re-set tables with complete place settings including silverware, glasses, dishes, and napkins
- exercise care with restaurant equipment to minimize breakage
- maintain cleanliness of dining and common areas including tables, counters, equipment, restrooms, and floors
- proactively assist other team members or follow manager requests during downtime
- notify management of guest comments, suggestions, or complaints
