Job Requirements
- At least six months of front of house experience preferred
- RBS and food handlers certified
- adept at being organized and able to multi-task
- dexterity in carrying multiple plates and trays
- must possess an energetic, positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment
- able to communicate with individuals from different backgrounds, using strong interpersonal skills
- ability to learn the menu thoroughly and answer food related questions from guests
- able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food and other items
- able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- can perform high quality work while unsupervised
- follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and a fond farewell
- engage them in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- provide exceptional guest hospitality and service to ensure guests enjoy their experience
- responsible for delivering food to the guests on time and accurately
- assist the expeditor in the final preparation of all dishes before leaving the kitchen
- assist the expeditor to check dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature based on guest requests
- transfer important information between the kitchen and FOH staff, e.g., special guest request, dish availability
- expert knowledge of the menu, able to answer guest questions and provide recommendations
- when possible, address and resolve any guest complaints
- notify management ASAP about any unresolved guest complaints that they need to handle
- assist the servers with clearing and resetting tables while maintaining very high sanitation standards
- fill water glasses, polish silver and glassware, and run food to tables
- always maintain a composed and professional attitude
- become familiar with all returning guests and know their special requests and needs
