- weekend availability is a must
Job Qualifications
- High school education required
- hospitality or other related degrees are a plus
- previous experience in a busser position is preferred but not required
- strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- able to receive and act on constructive feedback
- willingness to be cross trained in multiple restaurant positions
Job Duties
- Engage in personable, prompt, and polite interactions with guests
- respond to guest questions and know where to find information if unknown
- clear, clean, set and re-set tables with complete place settings including silverware, glasses, dishes, and napkins as needed
- exercise care with all restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses to ensure minimum breakage
- maintain cleanliness of dining and common areas including tables, counters, equipment, restrooms, and floors at all times
- proactively assist other team members or follow manager requests during downtime
- notify management of any guest comments, suggestions or complaints
