Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- must be proficient in English
- ability to work a minimum of 4 days per week including Saturday and Sunday
- flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
- dependable and punctual
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- basic math skills
- ability to use POS systems
- capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet customers with Aloha spirit
- train and work all front of house stations including cashier, host, expo, curbside, busser, and other assigned positions
- maintain a customer first attitude
- understand all menu items comprehensively
- take customer orders in person and over the phone while explaining dishes and bakery items in detail
- accurately enter all customer orders into Point of Sale (POS) system
- operate cash register following sales and cash handling procedures
- clean and reset counters or tables when needed
- keep guest and employee areas clean, safe, and stocked for daily business
- perform other duties as assigned
