Job Requirements
- ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision with ability to adjust focus as needed
- ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment is a plus
- good communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- customer service orientation
- basic knowledge of food and beverage is helpful but not required
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner
Job Duties
- bus tables, clean and properly reset tables
- address cleanliness and service needs in public areas
- have general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommend products
- answer phones promptly and professionally
- support all areas of the restaurant as needed
- commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation standards during the shift
- ensure every opportunity to wow guests is fulfilled
