Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of food safety practices
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an asset

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to carry multiple plates and work on your feet for extended periods

Job Duties
- Ability to quickly clean and reset dirty tables as per the company standards including observing tables and keeping track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
- Pre-bus and bus tables as needed including sweeping of the floor
- Working knowledge and consistent focus on food safety standards
- Maintain an outgoing personality and be consistently friendly with excellent communication skills
- Safely carry and balance several plates of food as a food runner with a good pace
- Clearly communicate with guests, servers, bartenders and/or manager with any concerns or problems
- Refill all non alcoholic drinks for guests and communicate guest requests to servers
- Maintain a positive attitude, handle stress well, maintain a quick pace and desire to have fun at work
- Restock utensils, napkins, condiments and other dining room needs
- Provide best in class service with a passion for high standards
- Approach all tables with a warm, outgoing manner and correctly issue food and beverage items
- Interact regularly with seated guests to attend to needs that servers may have missed or guests require
