Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of food safety practices
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to carry multiple plates and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Positive attitude and customer service mindset

Job Duties

  • Ability to quickly clean and reset dirty tables as per the company standards including observing tables and keeping track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
  • Pre-bus and bus tables as needed including sweeping of the floor
  • Working knowledge and consistent focus on food safety standards
  • Maintain an outgoing personality and be consistently friendly with excellent communication skills
  • Safely carry and balance several plates of food as a food runner with a good pace
  • Clearly communicate with guests, servers, bartenders and/or manager with any concerns or problems
  • Refill all non alcoholic drinks for guests and communicate guest requests to servers
  • Maintain a positive attitude, handle stress well, maintain a quick pace and desire to have fun at work
  • Restock utensils, napkins, condiments and other dining room needs
  • Provide best in class service with a passion for high standards
  • Approach all tables with a warm, outgoing manner and correctly issue food and beverage items
  • Interact regularly with seated guests to attend to needs that servers may have missed or guests require
