Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 30-50 pounds
  • Frequent movement throughout dining and service areas
  • Extended periods of standing and walking
  • Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to assist with resetting tables, moving furniture, or supporting team needs during peak periods

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly manner
  • Prepare dining areas by cleaning and resetting tables
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and health policies
  • Clear tables between courses and reset settings promptly
  • Refill water glasses and remain attentive to guest needs
  • Support servers by stocking service stations, condiments, and supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, service areas, and bus stations
  • Remove trash and recyclables and replace liners as needed
  • Assist with closing duties including cleaning chairs, tables, and floors
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by leadership
