Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or carry up to 30-50 pounds
- Frequent movement throughout dining and service areas
- Extended periods of standing and walking
- Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to assist with resetting tables, moving furniture, or supporting team needs during peak periods

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly manner
- Prepare dining areas by cleaning and resetting tables
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and health policies
- Clear tables between courses and reset settings promptly
- Refill water glasses and remain attentive to guest needs
- Support servers by stocking service stations, condiments, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, service areas, and bus stations
- Remove trash and recyclables and replace liners as needed
- Assist with closing duties including cleaning chairs, tables, and floors
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by leadership
