Job Duties
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring readiness for new diners with attention to detail and adherence to table setting standards
- Assist servers with food delivery to tables as needed, making sure all service runs smoothly
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, service stations, and table linens
- Stock service stations with necessary supplies, such as linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes
- Collaborate with the service team to remove any obstacles impacting the flow of service
- Respond quickly to requests from guests and servers in a polite and friendly manner
- Support other team members by assisting in additional tasks, contributing to a team-oriented environment
