Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Completion of orientation and safety training
- Additional trainings as assigned
- Black nonslip shoes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- One to three months related experience or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions with guests and staff
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions
- Certified with gaming license from the Paskenta Gaming Commission
- RBS certification
- Food handler's permit
- Title 31 certification
Job Duties
- Provides constant, attentive and friendly hospitality to guests
- Serve and refill complimentary beverages to guests
- Clear away dirty dishes and glassware from occupied/or unoccupied tables in a timely manner
- Complete all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure a clean, neat work area with adequate supply levels
- Organize the storage areas, ensuring that supplies such as napkins, clean plates, glassware, and utensils are readily available
- Able to maintain a positive and professional team atmosphere with fellow staff
- Relay any complaints, problems or positive remarks to Food and Beverage Shift Manager or Shift Supervisor
- Follow established departmental policies and procedures
- Assist in other projects, as directed
- Other duties as assigned
