Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing tasks including organizing provisions and instruments
- clean all equipment and areas
- lock doors at shift end after supervisor confirmation
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- replenish ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- remove dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- maintain cleanliness and condition of bar areas, furniture, and tools according to standards
- comply with company safety policies and report maintenance, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company property
- support coworkers respectfully and aid team in achieving common goals
- meet quality assurance expectations and standards
- move, lift, transport, push, drag, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during a work shift
- visually read and verify information in various formats
- handle objects of various sizes and weights requiring fine motor skills and coordination
- reach overhead and below knees including bending, twisting, dragging, and stooping
- navigate inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairways
- greet and recognize all guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with others, including answering phone calls using appropriate etiquette
- perform other reasonable work tasks as requested by supervisors
