Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- ability to read write and understand the english language to communicate with employees residents and guests
- sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms to use all kitchen equipment and utensils
- ability to stand walk climb stairs crouch bend stoop reach grasp push pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
- ability to lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds
- one-year fine dining or restaurant experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- assist in delivery of culinary activities for all dining venues including bistro casual formal luminations memory care and club room
- support special events and private functions with timely and courteous service
- clear and reset tables promptly to maintain dining flow
- replenish dining areas with necessary supplies
- communicate effectively with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth operation
- adhere to community standards processes procedures and practices
- maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
