Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- 1+ year in related field of restaurant, banquets, and hospitality is preferred
- stand and walk for extended periods of time
- ability to handle physical activity including bending, lifting up to 25-30 pounds, and other strenuous activities
- must maintain a high level of enthusiasm and dedication to the guest experience
- availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Set and refresh tables with place settings and linens according to restaurant standards
- rack and stack all dishes and utensils for dishwashing
- prepare condiments and beverages as needed
- assist wait staff with silverware rolling, replenishing drinks, food delivery, and other tasks as assigned
- ensure the cleanliness of the dining area, lounge, and outside areas including sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, and other duties as assigned
- assist in stocking service station with necessary items as needed
- assist in the preparation and breakdown of any special events
- adhere to safety and sanitary procedures
- other duties as assigned
