Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Attend required hotel meetings and trainings
- Approach guests and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner
- Maintain professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
Job Duties
- Assist servers by delivering and refilling beverages
- Pre-bus tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness
- Break down trays of soiled dishes and linen according to standards
- Keep all tables cleaned and properly set
- Complete daily opening and closing side-work checklists
- Maintain beverage levels in glasses and cups on tables
- Provide service to guests in waiter's absence as needed
