Job Duties
- Support servers and the kitchen by running food promptly and accurately to guest tables
- Clear, reset, and maintain tables quickly and efficiently to support smooth seating flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas
- Refill water, assist with guest needs, and support service moments as directed by the team
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Anticipate needs of both guests and teammates in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel
