Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and handle fast-paced situations
- basic math skills for cash handling
- physical ability to stand, lift, and carry moderately heavy items
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- previous knowledge of food service regulations is a plus
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to lift, carry, or pull objects 25lbs
- able to stand for extended periods of time
- able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
Job Duties
- wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths, sweep debris from under tables and chairs
- set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies
- scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning
- perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to facilitate customer service
- greet guests with a smiling welcoming presence
- manage our wait list as needed in an organized and positive demeanor
- receive and enter take out order via the telephone or online ordering system
- accurately handle cash/credit transactions
