Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift and transport 40-pound boxes
- Frequently reach, lift, stoop, bend, sweep, and wipe
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, 8-hour shifts
- Must have good physical condition and stamina
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Additional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary
Job Qualifications
- Excellent emotional self awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and take direction in high volume situations
- Ability to work nights, weekend, and holidays
- Experience working as a busser in a busy restaurant environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset for the next party
- Arrange tables for large parties and prepare the private room for scheduled gatherings
- Keep an eye on tables and alert servers if guests need drink refills or additional requests
- Maintain an inventory of polished flatware, glassware, and plateware during service periods
- Support service team as requested and may perform cleaning tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and trash free area outside of restaurant and parking area
- Maintain established safety and sanitation procedures
- Enjoy providing great hospitality
