Job Requirements
- must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- must be able to maneuver between multiple functions simultaneously
- must be able to lift up to 15 lbs regularly
- may occasionally lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs
- requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity
- must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
- physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- seamlessly work with kitchen and front of house team in providing exceptional and timely service
- clear tables and reset them efficiently to prepare for new guests
- assist with delivering food orders promptly and accurately to the correct tables
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- support continuous learning by engaging in training and development opportunities
- respond to guest needs and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- assist with any other tasks necessary to ensure smooth restaurant operations
