Job Requirements

  • must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
  • must be able to maneuver between multiple functions simultaneously
  • must be able to lift up to 15 lbs regularly
  • may occasionally lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs
  • requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity
  • must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
  • physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
  • basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • seamlessly work with kitchen and front of house team in providing exceptional and timely service
  • clear tables and reset them efficiently to prepare for new guests
  • assist with delivering food orders promptly and accurately to the correct tables
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
  • support continuous learning by engaging in training and development opportunities
  • respond to guest needs and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • assist with any other tasks necessary to ensure smooth restaurant operations
