Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • at least 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hotels or restaurants
  • ability to display warmth and hospitality
  • flexible and long hours sometimes required
  • ability to stand during entire shift
  • exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move object
  • knowledge of Latin and Asian cuisine a plus

Job Duties

  • ensure that tables are set to standards
  • maintain adequate supplies of items needed for service
  • serve ice, water, and coffee
  • clear tables while maintaining a friendly demeanor
  • assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • support servers and other staff as needed
  • communicate effectively with team members and management
