- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of lifting 25 pounds

Job Duties
- set up dining room and service stations before and after shifts
- clear and reset tables efficiently and promptly
- maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas throughout service
- assist servers and kitchen staff as needed
- replenish supplies at service stations
- monitor the floor for guest needs and any potential issues
- break down and clean the venue after closing
