Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis
- May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Passion for customer service and food industry
- Ability to understand and follow safety and hygiene standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Seamlessly work with an energetic and positive kitchen and front of house team in providing exceptional and timely service which exceeds guests expectations
- Embrace continuous learning and actively expand knowledge of food and beverage
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Assist in clearing and bussing tables efficiently to prepare for new guests
- Support front of house team in managing guest needs and enhancing their dining experience
